About the Role

The Patient Access Care Supervisor oversees daily operations, acting as a liaison between patients and the facility. This role involves integrating department services with hospital functions, developing and implementing policies, assessing and improving department performance, and ensuring staff training. The supervisor is a key promoter of process improvements to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of all functions

  • Assesses and improves department performance
  • Ensures orientation and continuing education of departmental staff
  • Serves as a key promoter of process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years experience in access care, customer service or a related field
  • Two (2) years supervisory experience OR demonstrated internal experience as a supervisor, senior access care rep, or Team Lead Access care
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred Five (5) years experience in access care, customer service or a related field
  • Preferred Two (2) years supervisory experience
