About the Role
The Manager, Sales Initiatives is a key partner to the Global Content Sales organization, helping turn complex internal and external projects into thoughtful, well-executed commercial strategies. This individual will help scale the commercial organization by ensuring strategic deliverables are executed with clarity, accountability, and momentum.
Responsibilities
- Develop polished presentations, client-facing materials, senior leadership updates, and internal communications that translate commercial priorities, client needs, and support insights into clear, compelling narratives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, Programming, and Operations to ensure high-quality deliverables are generated and iterated on time to meet organizational and client needs.
- Lead project and program management for strategic sales initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, risks, decisions, and follow-through.
- Create visibility into project health through clear reporting cadences, dashboards, status updates, and executive-ready summaries.
- Ensure collaborative communication between International and US teams and serve as the project manager on cross-functional projects.
- Support planning and execution for client events, industry conferences, presentations, and other high-priority commercial initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, program management, or a related operational role supporting a sales organization.
- At least one year working with sales data, reporting, dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making and execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration/project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive-ready updates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, with clear milestones, ownership, risks, decisions, and follow-through.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Content, Operations, and leadership teams.
- Self-starter with sound judgment, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
