About the Role
Design Radio Frequency (RF) technical program requirements for operational airframes, aircraft, vehicles, Controlled, Contested Environment (CCE) tests and experiments. Set up and mount RF communications technologies, antennas, and related test equipment on towers using appropriate access methods and safety systems. Evaluate and modernize RF environments.
Responsibilities
- Set up and mount RF communications technologies, antennas, and related test equipment on towers, using appropriate access methods such as manlifts or fixed ladders equipped with required safety systems.
- Evaluate and modernize RF environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience rigging and operating heavy equipment
- Experience with working with mobile cranes to lift large objects into position and removal
- Knowledge of hand signals, rigging gear, inspection, and proper use
- Ability to ascend and descend up to 120 feet
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Ability to obtain a Class A CDL
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
