Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment and leadership.
• Ensure excellent quality of care for all patients, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives.
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals.
• Stay updated on new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development.
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.

Requirements

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
• Practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
