About the Role

Wealth Management Analysts provide exceptional service to clients and support Financial Advisors (FAs)/Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs)/teams. This role assists in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings, proposal tools, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team, assisting in delivering their client service model.
  • Prepare for client meetings and track follow-ups.
  • Provide backup coverage for Client Service Associate responsibilities, including executing money movement transactions, answering general account questions, and enrolling clients in digital tools.
  • Enter unsolicited orders and/or enter solicited orders in a clerical capacity.
  • Remain current on all policies, procedures, and new platforms.
  • Assist the FA/PWA/team in executing their business plan, partnering with Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.
  • Execute administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies, including conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Prepare and review client reports or financial plans for existing or prospective clients.
  • Assist with research using firm-approved systems.
  • Participate in client meetings, representing the service lens.
  • Participate in firm initiatives, special projects, and other duties directed by local management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required.
  • Additional product licenses may be required.

Skills

  • Knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, managed accounts).
  • Technically proficient and a quick learner of new platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Expert knowledge of basic personal computer, MS Office (particularly MS Excel), and internet applications.
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
