About the Role

At NewYork-Presbyterian, Physical Therapists use advanced technology and best-practice techniques to restore and maximize patient mobility. We provide one-on-one therapies tailored to meet our patients' individual needs. We offer the highest quality care in a wide range of pediatric sub-specialties, no matter how simple or complex. In this role, you will provide high-quality, acute care for our patients. You will also have the chance to pursue opportunities to teach part-time in our renowned university programs and help us build on our elite reputation.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, acute care for patients.
Teach part-time in university programs.
Work a minimum of 2 days (15 hours) per month.
Complete at least 1 weekend shift per quarter.
Be available to work full weekdays and/or weekend days.

Requirements

Availability to work 2 days/month and meet the weekend requirement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
Current NYS PT licensure.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
Live within a commutable distance to NYP.
