About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to individuals participating in the CardioPulmonary Rehab and Wellness programs at both Albany and Troy locations.
- Participate in the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Provide patient education.
- Develop and lead exercise classes.
- Assist patients with equipment and ensure safety.
- Assess and reassess patient to achieve both program and personal goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, or kinesiology.
- Preferred certification by the American Society of Exercise Physiologists.
- ACSM-EP, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist
- ACSM-CEP, ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist
- BLS, ACLS, and EKG interpretation certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Fun personality and strong desire to motivate others.
- Previous rehab experience preferred.
