About the Role

We're looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of the hiring across a broad range of business areas, including Analytics, Process Management, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. This role offers the chance to drive significant strategic change, identify key areas for improvement, and ensure talent acquisition efforts align with the company vision.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for key parts of the business, including Analytics and Professional hiring.
  • Act as the key point of contact and trusted leader for business areas, utilizing market knowledge to influence the overall people strategy.
  • Develop and implement long-term sourcing strategies to create robust candidate pipelines for immediate business demand and future required skills.
  • Collaborate with Talent Brand to build and implement an engaging attraction strategy, highlighting Capital One as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously seek to understand changes in the recruitment market and bring innovation and new ideas to the wider TA team.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter within financial services.
  • Ability to move beyond tactical recruiting to think strategically about talent challenges, advise senior stakeholders, and shape organizational hiring strategy.
  • A curious mindset to help understand the roles being recruited for and engage in meaningful conversations about challenges.
  • Highly effective communication and relationship-building skills to partner with hiring managers and provide a world-class candidate experience.
  • An ability to thrive in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A data-driven approach to optimize recruitment processes and provide meaningful insights to the business.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure a well-managed approach.
  • Experience using GSuite and Workday is desirable.
