About the Role
FOX Rehabilitation's Emerging Professionals Mentor Program offers newly graduated Physical Therapists the opportunity to launch their careers with mentorship and independence, revolutionizing care for older adults while providing comprehensive support for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier, 1:1 patient care.
- Treat patients in a rewarding home setting.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Conduct 60-minute treatment sessions.
- Set your own schedule with no nights or weekends required.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in PA.
- Graduate from an accredited PT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Desire to develop professionally.
- Passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
