About the Role

GE Vernova's mission is to electrify the world while helping to decarbonize it. This role supports the Project Management organization within GE Vernova Wind, focusing on critical areas during project execution and closeout phases.

Responsibilities

  • Track the delivery schedule of wind turbine components to ensure alignment with construction crew availability.
  • Assist in reviewing daily field reports, tracking contractor hours, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
  • Compile 'as-built' documentation, including receiving documents, results, certification documents, and commissioning reports.
  • Identify, track, and close out 'punch list' items to ensure project completion before final payment milestones.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program from an accredited university.
  • Eligible Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.2/4.0 overall or higher.
  • Passion for the wind energy industry, engineering, and dedication to a career in technology.
  • Proven scholastic achievements, proactive leadership skills, and prior intern, co-op, or research experience in design engineering or manufacturing.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, energetic, positive individual who is flexible in changing environments.
  • Ability to demonstrate a structured approach to problem-solving and learning agility.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in project teams in an international environment.
  • Students must be currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program from an accredited university.

  • The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
