About the Role

Wise is seeking a Product Operations specialist to facilitate and manage internal operational processes and cadences for their global Product team. This role will handle daily operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth Product development, enabling Product teams to build the best products and deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own the logistical facets of the Company Planning Update ritual, including comms planning and workplace liaising.
• Coordinate quarterly Squad Days, covering planning, execution, and comms.
• Maintain best practices for internal documentation and ensure the central information depository is upheld.
• Handle administrative tasks for senior team members to allow focus on strategy.
• Support event execution for the annual Product Day, contributing to ideas, content, event planning, structure, and logistics.
• Organize the logistical side of the London Product Lunch and collaborate on ideas, content, and structure.
• Collaborate cross-team to help build up a Community & Culture program.
• Contribute creative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Operationally and logistically strong with a process-oriented approach to build and refine workflows.
