About the Role

We are looking for a Banking Back Office Analyst – Trade Finance Operations with approximately 3–4 years of professional experience, ideally within Financial Services or Banking. This role requires immediate availability and a commitment to working on-site in London, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day activities of the Trade Finance Operations team.
• Assist with the processing, monitoring, and management of trade finance transactions and related documentation.
• Learn and become familiar with Trade Finance products, processes, and procedures.
• Perform operational checks and ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
• Identify and escalate operational issues when required.
• Gradually develop specialist knowledge of Trade Finance and Banking Operations.

Requirements

• Approximately 3–4 years of professional experience.
• Previous experience within Financial Services, Banking, or Financial Operations is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in developing knowledge and expertise in Trade Finance.
• Excellent learning ability and adaptability.
• Analytical and organised mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to join at short notice.
• Ability to work on-site in London, 5 days per week.
• Professional English and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
