About the Role
We are seeking social workers for our Neukölln contact point and its outreach services for low-threshold work with individuals facing substance-related issues. Our team in Neukölln is looking for dedicated support. The facility is well-connected to public transport (near S- and U-Bahn station Neukölln). The positions are part-time, ranging from 31.2 to 35.1 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Low-threshold, health-oriented counseling for individuals with substance-related problems in individual and group settings.
- Planning and execution of leisure-oriented and other group activities.
- Outreach counseling and support, as well as accompanying contact services (also in partner facilities).
- Consultation for specialists and network partners.
- Close collaboration with institutions and specialized services in addiction help and complementary fields.
- Referral (and support) to further measures for participation.
- Contribution to the further development of services and expansion of the concept.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable qualification is a prerequisite.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Intercultural counseling competence.
- Willingness for outreach activities to a limited extent (e.g., in correctional facilities or clinics).
- Accepting and open-minded fundamental attitude.

- €49,000 - €57,500 (full-time basis)
