About the Role
As a Groundskeeper/Porter, you will be responsible for the upkeep and curb appeal of the property, ensuring it looks its best. You will also assist with maintenance duties and provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
Responsibilities
- Take pride in your property and ensure excellent curb appeal.
- Walk the property grounds and common areas frequently to remove litter and debris.
- Assist with maintenance duties when requested.
- Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your teammates.
Requirements
- Transferable skill with construction, cleaning, or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical activities requiring body movement and strength.
- Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Ability to use a computer.
