About the Role

The Sales Lead acts as a role model and Floor Leader on Duty, providing direction to team members and focusing on achieving store sales goals while modeling Experience First® behaviors. When not acting as Floor Leader, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding performance and compliance issues.
• Provide exceptional Guest service by actively engaging with Guests, using the Experience First Make Behaviors.
• Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for Guests, fostering positive interactions, and guaranteeing that each Guest leaves satisfied with their experience.
• Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines.
• Display strong team commitment, being dependable, engaged, and helpful.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift.
• Work environments include indoor/outdoor malls, strip centers, and other retail locations.
• Lift > 25 pounds.
