About the Role
The Kita Drachenhöhle is located directly at Humannplatz, a 10-minute walk from the Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn station. We care for up to 25 children (under 3 and over 3) in lovingly and nature-oriented designed rooms. In addition to our adaptable movement room, our sauna and experience shower are a special feature that we enjoy using with the children. We place great importance on individual, relationship-oriented support for the children and work in a partially open concept oriented towards the situational approach.
Responsibilities
- Co-design of the daily routine and individual key person support for individual children based on the Berlin Education Program.
- Participation in the further development of organizational and pedagogical structures as well as the concept.
- Cooperative collaboration with children, colleagues, families, and the sponsoring organization.
- Planning, implementation, and reflection of pedagogical work using the BeoKiz method.
Requirements
- Completed training as a childcare professional (m/f/d) or completed studies in childhood education, social pedagogy, or a comparable qualification.
- Organizational skills, strong communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Good self-reflection and conflict resolution skills.
- A relationship-oriented and appreciative attitude towards children and families.
- Creativity and passion for the work as a childcare professional.

Salary/Compensations
- €3,177.00 - €3,878.00 per month (full-time gross, depending on qualifications and experience)
