About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will join our finance team and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This role focuses on accounting records, financial reporting, bank transactions, and process improvement, providing strong exposure to the financial operations of a global product company.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities and related reporting.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making.
- Perform accounting records, bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather data and align financial insights with business goals.
- Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances, and AP balances.
- Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis efforts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through review and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area.
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
