About the Role
This role supports the ACMA/RM team by managing client requests, performing administrative tasks, and handling system-related activities to ensure service continuity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the ACMA/RM and BDM teams by managing workloads during absences, including inbox and ticketing.
- Act as a second line of defense for ACMAs, providing administrative and system support.
- Respond to or escalate Level 2 queries on behalf of ACMAs and support ad hoc portfolio requests.
- Engage directly with customers via email and phone to maintain service standards.
- Support new business activities, including limit decisions, ledger matching, and report generation.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of key systems, processes, and departments for efficient workload management.
- Maintain a high level of customer focus and flag challenges or risks to management.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Capability to manage Level 2 tickets assigned to absent ACMAs, ensuring timely resolution.
- Efficient and accurate processing of administrative requests with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to engage upwards and cross-functionally across teams and departments.
- Willingness and ability to learn and engage on a broad range of technical topics, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other key IT systems.
- Naturally curious with a keen interest in technology and innovation.
- Eager to stay updated with the latest digital trends and advancements.
- Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies, especially AI-powered tools.
