About the Role
Experior Financial Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to manage various office tasks, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
- Scan, organize, and file physical and digital documents.
- Shred confidential documents in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist with routine office tasks such as copying, faxing, and data entry.
- Assist with various office projects or tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Must be within commutable distance of Cheektowaga, NY and comfortable working 100% on-site.
- Must be comfortable with occasional local travel for office-related duties.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
