About the Role

Support the shipping, receiving, and stockroom functions.

Responsibilities

• Receive material: Verify receipts are not damaged, unpack and verify material vs documentation, receive material into the ERP system, deliver material to incoming inspection.
• Ship: Pick orders in the ERP system, pack material and label material for shipment, create shipping documentation and enter shipments into shipping systems, transmit advanced shipping notifications.
• Stock room: Perform material moves – put away, pick for manufacturing, pick for shipments.
• Perform cycle counting.
• Enter all transaction for material moves into the ERP system via barcode scan or data entry.

Requirements

• Ability to perform inventory counts and process transaction.
• Ability to follow shipping instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC.
• Must be able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
• Must be able to recognize Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.
• Must understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL).
• Must understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US.
• Must be able to manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
