About the Role
The Associate Director, NSCLC Scientific Marketing is a critical role within Regeneron’s US Oncology Commercial organization, responsible for the tactical execution of the lung scientific marketing strategy. This role serves as a vital link between the commercial organization and the external scientific community to drive awareness, education, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute key US Lung congresses, including booth strategy, content creation, and on-site activation
- Serve as the Scientific Marketing Agency of Record (AOR) liaison, managing agency partners, budgets, SOWs, and deliverables
- Oversee Speaker deck content development and ensure alignment with current and future strategic opportunities
- Lead US congress and sponsorship execution, including product theater placement, integrated engagement planning, and cross-functional alignment
- Manage agency partners and project timelines to deliver high-quality programs on schedule
- Track and monitor program KPIs to ensure cost-effective execution and continuous performance optimization
- Analyze customer insights, brand performance, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategy and planning
- Support TLL team Leader with KOL engagement strategy, including mapping, outreach initiatives, and scientific exchange programs
- Contribute to Brand Team activities, including POA and NFM planning cycles
- Ensure all programs and materials comply with corporate, legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines
- Partner cross-functionally to manage budgets and ensure delivery within approved financial parameters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, scientific marketing, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in oncology strongly preferred (lung cancer or solid tumors)
- Proven experience in congress planning, speaker deck content creation, and KOL engagement strategies
- Experience managing agency partners and overseeing budgets and project delivery
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
