About the Role
You will manage and oversee complex client projects within the healthcare sector, acting as the central point of contact for clients and ensuring projects are executed with structure, timeliness, and high quality. You will collaborate closely with creative, consulting, and other internal/external partners, maintaining a constant focus on timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of healthcare, pharma, and communication projects
- Consulting and support of clients from pharma, healthcare, and the health sector
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of integrated marketing and communication measures
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously
- Responsibility for timelines, budgets, resources, and project quality
- Creation and management of briefings
- Coordination of internal teams and external service providers
- Liaison with various contact persons and stakeholders on the client side
- Ensuring smooth project flow from planning to implementation
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in project management, account management, or client consulting
- Professional experience in an agency or comparable communication environment
- Experience or a well-founded connection to pharma, healthcare, MedTech, or health communication
- Confident handling of complex projects and diverse stakeholders
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident demeanor with clients and internal teams
- Native-level German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
