About the Role

The marketing department is responsible for the sales and implementation of the club's hospitality and advertising rights, as well as acquiring third-party events at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei. Your core task involves the creative and professional creation of all content required for marketing. You will support sales in acquiring new partners and developing existing partnerships through compelling sales documents, strong storylines, and high-quality presentation materials.

Responsibilities

Creation of individual presentations, decision-making documents, and management summaries for acquiring new and extending existing partnerships.
Development of compelling storylines, arguments, and marketing concepts based on the needs of the respective partners.
Continuous development and quality assurance of all sales-relevant presentation materials.
Ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual and content presence across all marketing-relevant communication channels (including homepage, newsletter, B2B app).
Identification and integration of new presentation and communication formats.
Close collaboration with other departments within the club, particularly the communication and marketing departments, as well as management of external service providers.

Requirements

Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Sports Management, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in Brand Consulting, Creation, Design, Sports Marketing, or the agency business.
Demonstrable experience in the conception and creation of high-quality presentations, pitches, and sales-supporting communication materials.
High creativity and a good understanding of brands, partnerships, and commercial marketing approaches in sports.
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and image editing, as well as an interest in AI applications.
High degree of initiative and an independent, structured, and meticulous way of working.
Passion for football, sports, and the world of sponsoring.
