About the Role
We are looking for a self-starter dedicated to lifelong learning and passionate about teaching others to succeed in the workforce.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and documenting participant’s skills, needs, and interests to determine appropriate employment opportunities and supports needed
- Researching, developing, and creating internships and employment opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses, human resources groups, and employment networks
- Providing job coaching
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Can plan own schedule around supporting the employment needs of participants.

Salary/Compensations
- $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
- $1 additional per hour for job coaching after 6pm or weekends.
