About the Role

LAUNCH is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Community Habilitation program. DSPs provide one-on-one or small group, community-based services focused on building independent living skills.

Responsibilities

• Support skill development (cooking, cleaning, socialization, community access)
• Implement individualized goals and services
• Create a supportive, goal-focused learning environment

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
