About the Role

Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care, offering primary and urgent care. The role will play an important part in shaping the next chapter of the combined organization and advancing its shared mission to transform veterinary care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and urgent care for pets.
  • Collaborate with supportive staff for callbacks, scribing, and patient care.
  • Engage with board-certified specialists for case expertise.
  • Participate in personalized training and mentorship plans.
  • Attend dental, ultrasound, and urgent care CE within the first year.
  • Build tools and confidence for difficult client conversations.
  • Contribute to leadership positions, commensurate with experience.
  • Communicate directly with leadership and influence policies.
  • Assist with client needs, triaging cases, and day-to-day tasks with remote nursing support.

Requirements

  • Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent).
  • State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure; To include all states for clinics worked.
  • A passion for Bond Vet’s mission to provide a superior vet experience for both patients and employees.
  • The ability to multi-task with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
  • A collaborative mindset.
