About the Role
Securitas is seeking an experienced and strategically thinking Bid & Concept Manager to lead the Commercial Support Team and develop, manage, and implement complex bid, tender, and solution concepts. This role is central to winning new business and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and development for the Commercial Support Team.
- Ensure efficient work organization and high quality and service standards within the area of responsibility.
- Identify and implement optimization potential in processes, standards, and work methods.
- Take overall responsibility for the planning, management, and timely execution of bid and tender processes.
- Coordinate all relevant departments for the successful processing of complex customer inquiries and tenders.
- Develop individual bid, presentation, and solution concepts for new and existing customers.
- Create compelling sales storylines and customer-oriented presentations for complex sales projects.
- Translate customer requirements into innovative, economically viable, and competitive security solutions.
- Manage sales documents, bid components, references, and further develop the Commercial Support SharePoint area.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, security management, or a comparable field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in bid management, tender management, commercial management, sales, or a comparable field.
- Experience in professional and disciplinary leadership and employee development.
- Sound experience in managing complex, cross-departmental bid and tender processes.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Very good communication and presentation skills.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with strong conceptual skills and pronounced sales understanding.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, as well as initiative, decisiveness, and organizational skills.
