About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and motivate the team.
• Provide disciplinary leadership and coaching to direct reports.
• Take responsibility for efficient payroll processing (fully or partially) for assigned clients.
• Create statistics and analyses.
• Clarify questions regarding wage tax and social security law.
• Execute the year-end process and address resulting questions.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Practical experience in payroll.
• Practical experience with a common payroll system.
• Knowledge of wage tax and social security law.
• Ideally, leadership experience (project management or team leadership).
• Proficient in using standard MS Office tools.
• Independent, conscientious, and well-structured way of working.
• Strong service and customer orientation.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken, are a must.
