About the Role

As a Workforce Transformation Associate, you will gain exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives impacting daily work. You will help lead organizations in aligning people processes and technology for lasting success, focusing on organizational change, employee experience, HR, and payroll transformations. This role is ideal for curious, collaborative individuals excited about guiding organizations and their people through transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams on workforce transformation, HR, payroll, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Conduct research and gather information to help teams solve client challenges.
  • Create presentations, communications, and other project materials.
  • Assist with meeting planning, notes, action items, and project coordination.
  • Review and organize data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Learn how organizations manage change and support employees through transformation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to support client deliverables and project goals.
  • Contribute ideas and bring a fresh perspective to client and internal initiatives.
  • Build consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies.
