About the Role

We are looking for someone to build the internal systems that make our fund work faster, directly collaborating with partners and shipping to real users from week one. This is not a traditional VC internship; you will focus on automation rather than manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build an automated dealflow triage layer for enriching, screening, and routing opportunities.
• Develop a searchable and queryable internal knowledge system for meeting transcripts, deal notes, and memos.
• Create internal agents for use by the investment team in areas like investor relations, dealflow evaluation, portfolio support, or reporting.
• Document the future roadmap for the operating layer and identify areas for improvement compared to other leading funds.

Requirements

• Own your work and be comfortable driving the effort.
• Build functional and maintainable systems.
• Ship end-to-end solutions unsupervised, identifying bottlenecks and proposing fixes.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing system maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with non-engineers about their workflows and drive adoption of built solutions.
• Be available for at least 3 months, ideally 6 months.
• Be able to work onsite in Berlin.
• Be able to work in English.
• Experience with CRM or reporting infrastructure is helpful.
• Prior startup, VC, or founder experience is helpful.
• A background in Computer Science or Engineering is helpful.
• No prior finance or VC experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to automate tasks is a strong signal.
