About the Role

Digital Business Fundamentals serves as the entry point to our advanced business and tech training programs. Your role is to guide participants with diverse professional, technical, and linguistic backgrounds, fostering confidence in digital work methods and establishing a solid foundation for their subsequent specialization modules.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online live morning classes and provide afternoon support during participants' individual learning phases.
  • Teach fundamental digital business competencies, including modern work and collaboration tools, project management, data literacy, Excel/Sheets, AI, automation, and APIs.
  • Provide didactic support to diverse learning groups with varying technical, linguistic, and digital prerequisites.
  • Create a learning environment that challenges and supports both beginners and more experienced participants.
  • Assume technical responsibility for the Digital Business Fundamentals curriculum.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance teaching materials, exercises, projects, and learning formats.
  • Ensure a practical, understandable, and up-to-date course structure.
  • Collaborate closely with our pedagogical team and the SMEs of the advanced specialization modules.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring the technical quality and advancement of the module.

Requirements

  • Solid practical experience in several digital business areas, such as digital collaboration and project management, data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, AI & Automation, or digital business processes.
  • Completed degree, apprenticeship, or comparable professional qualification; practical expertise and the ability to convey it are paramount.
  • Teaching, training, or moderation experience, ideally in adult education and remote settings.
  • Strong didactic skills and the ability to explain complex digital topics clearly and accessibly.
  • Enjoy working with diverse groups and the ability to simultaneously support different learning levels and paces.
  • Excellent communication skills and a respectful, patient approach to working with people.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
