About the Role
The Digital Career Institute (DCI) is a leading provider of digital further education in Germany, helping individuals transition into new careers by connecting education, the job market, and companies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 90-minute online language courses (20 teaching units per module) on a fixed weekday.
- Train participants in job-specific vocabulary and prepare them for professional communication within the digital industry.
- Align exercises to prepare participants for telc, DaF, Goethe (German), or Cambridge (English) certifications.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and role-playing scenarios related to daily work life and the digital job market.
Requirements
- Possess solid experience in DaF/DaZ or English language instruction for adult education.
- Have a strong understanding of telc and/or Cambridge examination formats (an examiner license is a significant advantage).
- Proficient in remote teaching and open to using innovative tools, including AI language platforms.
- Officially registered as a freelancer with reliable availability for 6 hours per week.
