This position serves as a change management partner for the Data and Analytics workstream while also providing support for broader CEMI change initiatives as needed. The role ensures alignment with university-wide organizational change management strategies, standards, methodologies, and governance practices while advancing adoption, readiness, and stakeholder engagement across the CEMI portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, leaders, and functional partners across campuses and organizational units.
  • Ensure stakeholders are prepared for training, testing, demonstrations, and other experiential learning opportunities that support change adoption.
  • Monitor stakeholder feedback, adoption risks, and resistance, escalating concerns and recommending mitigation strategies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with change management colleagues and program partners to ensure consistency in approach, messaging, reporting, and change management practices across concurrent initiatives.
  • Support measurement and reporting of change management activities, stakeholder readiness, and adoption outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of belonging and a healthy work environment by communicating across differences, being cooperative, collaborative, open, and welcoming, showing respect, compassion, and empathy, engaging and supporting others regardless of background or perspective, speaking up when others are being excluded or treated inappropriately, and supporting work/life integration of oneself and others.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility, build trust, and navigate competing priorities within complex, decentralized organizations.
