About the Role

We are the leading experts in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany with over 2,700 employees and 420 service centers. We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible, full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities

• Exchange and repair of vehicle glass.
• Calibration of driver assistance systems after windshield replacement, if necessary.
• Customer support from order acceptance to vehicle handover.
• Office tasks including order entry, invoice creation, and material ordering.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training and initial professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience as a vehicle mechatronics technician, vehicle mechanic, or bodywork builder.
• Willingness to learn and potential for a career change.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
• Proficiency in using a PC.
• Commitment to good teamwork and trusting collaboration.

Salary/Compensations

• Starting salary of at least €2,900 gross for career changers.
• €3,200 gross for those with automotive vocational training (full-time, 39 hours/week).
• Annual holiday bonus of €1,084 gross.
