Responsibilities
- Office Management and coordination of office setup with the provider.
- Maintaining premises, catering, IT support, and managing the mail system.
- Serving as the point of contact for administrative support functions in Germany.
- Coordinating local events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Providing administrative support for C-level leadership at the location.
Requirements
- Interest in Office Management, Operations, or Human Resources.
- Very good organizational skills and an independent work style.
- Openness to take on various tasks and contribute to the team.
- Very good German and English language skills, fluent in spoken and written word.
