About the Role
We are looking for support to help homeowners electrify their homes with heat pumps and solar panels. You will be calling homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services.
Responsibilities
- Call interested homeowners, often within minutes of their inquiry.
- Clarify the suitability of the home for electrification, including existing conditions, potential subsidies, budget, decision-makers, and urgency.
- Schedule binding video appointments with Sales Managers and ensure attendance.
- Document customer information, needs, and key details for the Sales Management team.
- Manage your pipeline in HubSpot.
Requirements
- Previous customer-facing phone experience (customer service, call center, appointment setting, sales).
- Ability to listen effectively and communicate concisely.
- Document discussed information accurately.
- Motivation to earn more through commission-based sales.
- No prior sales experience required; training on heat pumps and subsidy programs provided.
- Familiarity with renovation or energy topics is a plus but not required.

- €60,000 target salary in the first year
- €33,000 base salary
- Commission based on appointments and closures
- Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months
