About the Role
Support the development and coordination of EMEA Bioré marketing strategies to drive Net Sales and Business Profit for EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with global & local teams ensuring global strategies & guidelines are implemented and local needs are catered to.
- Create briefs for monthly EMEA social content and any NPD launch content.
- Analyze brand performance on a monthly basis and propose corrective actions if necessary.
- Lead preparation of EMEA reports to Japan.
- Support with general data analysis on the skincare category.
- Support EMEA Skincare Marketing Manager with Stage Gate initiatives, working closely with global, local and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in monthly meetings with countries and quarterly forums, with presentation on various topics encouraged.
- Support Line Manager on various projects.
- Assist Line Manager with Stage Gate initiatives, working closely with global, local and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- BSc/BA Hons degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG.
- Good communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Competency in Excel & Powerpoint.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Planning / project management skills.
- Collaborative style with a strong ability to form relationships cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
