About the Role

The BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH is seeking a Planner for Work Planning & Coordination at the HKW Reuter West location in Berlin. This role is crucial for ensuring compliant, efficient, environmentally sound, safe, and economical planning, monitoring, and control of maintenance, as well as planning and executing maintenance measures and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and responsibly plan and prepare maintenance measures.
  • Prioritize, plan, and bundle work orders from disruptions, maintenance, and inspections, initiating necessary procurement processes.
  • Calculate maintenance measures, participate in offer reviews, monitor order processes, and initiate appropriate measures for contract disruptions.
  • Plan resources and deadlines for planned orders, identify planning conflicts early, and resolve them in close cooperation with other departments.
  • Participate in planning meetings, follow up on results, evaluate them, and create necessary partial documentation.

Requirements

  • State-certified technician or master in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or process engineering (mandatory).
  • Fluent German language skills at a minimum C1 level as the primary working language (mandatory).
  • Proficient in standard PC software and good knowledge of SAP modules.
  • Possession of a Class B driver's license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
  • Structured and planning abilities with business management knowledge.
  • Willingness to take responsibility, commitment, and an independent, results-oriented work approach.
  • Ability to work independently and supportively to achieve good results.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Approximately 70% of the requirements are sufficient for application.
