About the Role
The Product Management Intern will collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing leaders to drive outbound solution positioning and commercial readiness for iA’s robotics-driven fulfillment software. This role supports messaging around Symphony software as a leading-edge platform for intelligent pharmacy operations and fulfillment, optimizing prescription fulfillment and patient care. The intern will also work with Product Managers on analytical outcomes for key initiatives. The iA Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship from June 1 to August 6, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a market intelligence resource by monitoring market trends, customers, buyers, key buying criteria, clinical practices, regulations, and policy.
- Develop a deep understanding of market needs, buyer personas, and solution positioning.
- Research and understand the competitive landscape, including competitor positioning, and develop a competitive comparison guide.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing Communications to develop product positioning and messaging.
- Support financial analysis and modeling for new business models.
- Build business case templates for initiatives and gather feedback to refine them.
- Document the buyer’s process and drive changes to sales and marketing processes based on insights.
- Develop solution value propositions and differentiate the solution offering, quantifying business value.
- Establish and continuously evaluate pricing and business models.
- Partner with Product Marketing teams on launches of new features and product releases, managing cross-functional implementation.
- Assist the Product Marketing team in supporting external thought leadership for Symphony software, including artifacts, blogs, and webinars.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product marketing or product management experience in a technology product company.
- Enrolled in an MBA program.
- Proficient in productivity applications, including Microsoft Office and Smartsheet.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools, such as Asana, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, with the ability to evaluate and demonstrate effectiveness.
