About the Role

The Wallet, Payments and Commerce team is responsible for bringing ground-breaking financial services to consumers with a vision to replace the physical wallet and help people live financially healthier lives. This role supports and drives the integration of Apple Pay E-Commerce functionality, optimizing the customer payment journey.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with key merchant and ecosystem partners to support and drive the integration of Apple Pay E-Commerce functionality.
  • Optimize the customer payment journey in merchant and payment service provider E-Commerce channels.
  • Lead multiple projects, craft scalable solutions for diverse partners, and provide consistent updates and communication to business leaders.
  • Inspire partners to create best in class Apple Pay and Wallet experiences.
  • Support partner technology implementations and new feature adoption.
  • Provide technology guidance and product implementation best practices.
  • Write technical documentation and integration guides.

Requirements

  • Experience working with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors.
  • Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) / iOS development (Swift).
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting software.
  • Skilled at helping partners identify, navigate and overcome technical hurdles to drive adoption of technology.
  • Experience integrating, supporting and troubleshooting a complex suite of products and/or services.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and issues to a broad audience.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Passion for outstanding user experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Travel within EMEIA as needed.
