About the Role

The Industrial Engineering Intern will gain hands-on experience complementing technical coursework, be exposed to various Quality tools, and have the opportunity to develop dashboards and drive continuous improvement. Interns will also be exposed to hardware test techniques and contribute to system design, with roles assigned based on education and experience level. The iA Intern Program runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.

Responsibilities

Own and manage reliability tests conducted on various subsystems and systems in support of the test team.
Support product performance analysis by compiling and interpreting data for investigations.
Assist in creating and updating failure documentation for key systems.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
