About the Role

We are seeking a working student (m/f/d) for the Education funding area at our Berlin location, with a weekly workload of 10-15 hours, to join our team starting November 1, 2026. Our projects aim to enable and strengthen social orientation, participation, and cohesion through education, supporting educational institutions and systems in organizing learning environments and managing daycare centers and schools.

Responsibilities

  • Project management tasks including research and website maintenance for the German School Portal and German School Award.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as mailings and managing address lists.
  • Supporting the preparation and execution of events like the German School Portal Campus.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of website maintenance and content management systems.
  • First practical experience through internships, part-time jobs, or similar activities.
  • Negotiation-level German and very good English language skills.
  • A communicative, reliable team player who works meticulously and in a structured manner.
  • Interest in educational topics and digital media.
  • On-site presence is required.
