About the Role
As our Lead Server, you'll play an important role in mentoring team members, ensuring smooth daily operations, and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every resident and guest. Responsibilities
- Lead and support the dining room team during meal service
- Set the standard for exceptional hospitality and guest service
- Coordinate daily dining operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding
- Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently met
- Partner with culinary and leadership teams to create an outstanding dining experience
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and guests through attentive, personalized service
Requirements
- Experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, hotels, country clubs, senior living, or hospitality
- Previous experience as a Lead Server, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, Banquet Captain, or similar leadership role preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
