About the Role

Responsibilities
- Preparation & setup of the breakfast buffet
- Ensuring a smooth and fast service process and implementation of the Motel One breakfast concept "One Smile"
- Participation in the organization of breakfast service
- Gaining insights into new areas of activity across departments through collaboration in our multicultural teams
Requirements
- Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/gastronomy industry or interest in a career change
- Open, communicative demeanor
- Hosting qualities and passion for the hotel industry
- Flexibility and creativity as well as a high quality awareness, even in stressful situations
- Teamwork and willingness to support across departments – we achieve our successes together
- German language skills at least level B2
