About the Role
The Counter Sales role will provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their requests and purchases. This role involves answering customer questions, providing necessary information, and performing all job responsibilities in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Listen and communicate effectively by phone, e-mail, and in person.
- Build relationships with repeat customers.
- Receive and process quotes and orders using multiple software and order entry programs.
- Proactively assist customers with questions and problems.
- Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and customer service and value.
- Complete assigned projects in a timely matter.
