About the Role
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process at ENO, attracting exceptional talent and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This pivotal role involves building diverse talent pipelines, strengthening ENO's employer brand, and ensuring the organization has the right skills at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Partner closely with hiring managers
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Build diverse talent pipelines

- Attract experienced professionals
- Develop entry routes through apprenticeships and work experience opportunities
- Improve talent attraction and engagement strategies
Requirements
- Significant in-house recruitment experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience developing and delivering effective candidate attraction strategies
- Ability to build strong relationships and adapt to different ways of working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of engaging with a variety of audiences
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
- Experience of working with recruitment agencies and external suppliers
- A diligent and proactive approach to work
- Demonstrates respect, humility and kindness
- Has the courage to try new ways of working and challenge existing approaches
- Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
