About the Role
Quality and governance should drive learning, strengthen practice, and improve the experience and safety of people using our services. This role will coordinate Treatment and Care Review panels, support patient safety incident investigations, and contribute to high-quality reports. You will help turn learning into action from incidents, audits, reviews, or frontline practice, ensuring it becomes part of how the service operates. You will also support quality improvement plans, conduct targeted audits, identify emerging risks, and use data to enhance service delivery. Building relationships with operational teams, managers, and partners to foster constructive conversations around quality and improve practice is key.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Treatment and Care Review panels.
- Support investigations into patient safety incidents.
- Contribute to high-quality reports for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure learning from incidents, audits, reviews, or frontline practice is implemented.
- Support quality improvement plans.
- Develop and undertake targeted audits.
- Identify emerging risks.
- Use data to help teams understand performance and strengthen service delivery.

Requirements
- Understanding of strong governance within a regulated service.
- Comfortable working with quality, risk, and patient safety information.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry.
- Understanding of patient safety processes, clinical practice standards, safeguarding, and quality improvement.
- Ability to analyze information and data, identify themes, and translate findings into clear actions.
- Ability to write concise, credible reports for a range of audiences.
- Ability to influence and challenge constructively, including with senior colleagues.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and detailed pieces of work.
- Ability to work confidently and autonomously while remaining connected to the wider team.
- Ability to build effective relationships across services and with external partners.
- Curiosity about service improvement.
- Confidence in asking the right questions.
- Ability to bring people along when improvements are needed.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Requires flexibility to work across operational sites in Camden.
- May occasionally involve evening or weekend working.
