About the Role
Evri is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate a team, drive performance, and ensure efficient operations within the Enfield depot. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing leadership and direction for the shift.
- Develop and train reports to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for the Night shift.
- Ensure compliance with all site Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSES) rules and regulations.
- Process Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information (MI) reports based on the work output of Drivers and Loaders.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Management experience of leading and managing a team.
- Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage.
- Must be able to work on own initiative in a pressurized environment to tight deadlines.
- PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of Transport regulations ideally.
