About the Role
Develop, grow, and retain business within Ecolab's biggest FM partner, acting as a Tier 1 supplier. This role manages operational challenges, mobilization plans, and drives best-in-class service levels.
Responsibilities
- Network, migrate, and grow the account base to Ecolab.
- Manage and grow existing accounts within the partner network.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relations, addressing challenges and operational changes quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with operations to instill and train best practices for account-specific nuances.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven account management, sales, or operations experience, preferably in B2B and/or the service industry.
- Demonstrated success and experience managing major account customers and contracts, particularly achieving high retention metrics.
- Ability to network, build an org chart, and grow partnerships.
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to present at account through to board level.
- Previous pest industry experience is desirable.
