About the Role
This is an exciting role within Sanctuary Supported Living coordinating and delivering an effective national support service that responds to customer and organisational needs. This role will ensure that the business is supported to meet business, policy and regulatory requirements, including CQC monitoring and reporting. You will be providing administrative support for this strategic nationwide team, involving a wide range of tasks from compliance monitoring, managing ad hoc enquiries, performance monitoring, and specific projects within the Business Support service.
Responsibilities
- Advising and delivering an administrative service in Sanctuary Supported Living
- Communicating with team members around various regions to ensure standards are maintained to a consistently high level
- Supporting managers with more in-depth tasks and responsibilities, such as minute taker for HR meetings, high value purchase orders and stakeholder liaison communications
Requirements
- Highly organised with a proven history of managing and prioritizing a varied workload
- Experience working remotely is advantageous
- Experience of working in a similar role within a Supported Living or Customer service setting would be advantageous
- Knowledge and experience of using SAP and other internal systems is desirable
- The ability to manage your own varied workload and to work to deadlines
- An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary
